There's a shift away froma this solo experience back into a multi player experience. A lot of companies that are focused on meta making, making games that are easy in the beginning and then have the depth to monotize later. There hasn't been a lot of innovation in thi space, because in the apstor, it's a losing strategy. If you go and build a a social game in the apstort, you won't get the distribution benefits from it for a number of reasons.
