Is There a Different Approach to Knowledge Management?
The kind of content and knowledge that you need may differ by channel. A little bit of collaboration between a consumer of knowledge and the creator of knowledge would be required. But I would think of this as a very big enterprise challenge than a small to medium enterprise challenge, if that makes sense. It's not 100% solved for today, because the way enterprises use knowledge is very complex.
