Coffee is not good for your health but especially for yoga students it's just a disaster what we're looking for is blood sugar brain mood equanimity we never really get there. i'm a former coffee junkie caffeine junkie to a level that's kind of disgusting i'll tell you that story maybe some other day" I would encourage you to reduce your coffee intake to as low as possible and if you can give it up all together and just use it when you really need itUse it as a natural tool to get you through a difficult day  a couple times a year that's the best way hope that's helpful!
