Shannon Blanc can be so, so different. It's not only oxidative and flavor, but you know, naturally, it can do it with the color too. Shannon Blanc is almost always made as long as I can remember in the dry style. But if you look at famous producers of Vouvere, like there's wines that are made all along the sweetness spectrum. So it's kind of a cool region in that way, but tricky to taste.
