Empathy Is So Critical to Communicating

Empathy is a relatively new addition to my vocabulary, but it's something that I really focused on. The good news for designers too is if they want to develop these skills or sharpen these skills, a lot of what's necessary is already in their toolkit. We just published an article this week about emotion and how the designs that truly connect on an emotional level are the ones that had emotion built in from the get-go.
