Some people don't do well with oats, and that's fine. But a lot of people would do great with oats. And certainly if it's replacing what tends to be a highly refined carbohydrate-rich meal in the mornings. Cillium husk is something that I might be taking myself. Could be a good way to introduce beta-glucans.
