The Intensity of Intervals in Athletes
Teteot hunter: I tend to be more on that longer side, the 15 to the 20 minutes. O imean: Five by five minute inervals with one minute rest is really more of a threshold interval. For clarification, you do eight minute intervals with very short rest intervals in between us. Teteot Hunter: But then i give them about three weeks where i want them doing a 16 to 20 minute interval at that intensity for rob's point - now learn how to hold power.
