And then the other reason is it just gets them to lay down for 10 minutes and you can just relax and get into that parasympathetic state. We need to do an entire that might be, I think we have a guest next one. Maybe the next one will do stretching episode. Try to find somebody. It's all stretch. Yeah. What we're trying to say, what relaxes you? Okay, that's the best thing that you can do for recovery.
