I've noticed recently that I used to be able to, like getting into the later weeks of a mezels cycle, I could really push the volume and especially in like arm, shoulder accessory stuff. And now that I'm like, you know, 225 to 230, because before I was like, let's call it closer to 200. Man, I can't handle as much volume and like that.
