Setting Timers, Body Doubles and the Pomodoro Method
Pomodoro method: Give yourself 20 to 40 minutes of defines time with the break. If you know you're going to be working on a task that requires a lot of focus, you may want to work on a longer period on that task than short periods. So Pomodoro works, but I wouldn't stick to 25 minutes and five minutes of break. And then a break during your break, take the time to, to celebrate what you just accomplished and celebrate.
