The Importance of Sleep in Training

I would say that's like the biggest change I've made in my general training. In college and high school, I would sleep like four or five hours at night. Like freshman year of college, I had like bronchitis the entire year because I just like never slept enough for my immune system to handle like training and living. Do you ever wish that they were wider for any reason? No. Once you get used to it, like I can descend plenty fast enough on my bars.
