Acute Uc Flare and Colonoscopy
The key thing here is that mostly walker you know this from last year we don't do a full colonoscopy and patients who are coming in with an acute uc flare because the risk of perforation is is quite high if we are going through a very inflamed colon. A kub will be a start and then a ct ad and pelvis will definitely give the more readily available information on how extensive the colitis is.
