The Loss in Predictability in Asians

The loss in predictive ability basically falls off linearly with the genetic distance, for most phenotypes at least. People are developing methods to improve what people call transferability. We have a lot of variation in Europeans, but our variant might be at a lower frequency in another ancestry. So that's in part why these predictors don't translate well across ancestry.
