As a librarian, i was really focused on helping people find information that they cared about. And it turns out that there's a whole sort of sub discipline within u x that is really obsessed with that concept and how we organize things. The more i hear about trends like throwing machine learning at everything, or search, or conversational uis, the more i think these are the most expensive, complicated and aeroprone ways to solve problems. I love that phrase, lesson digital misery.
