Food in Cypriot Cuisine

i wanted to include cyprus because i think that when we're looking at the story of food and migration and borders in the region, cy Cyprus actually tells t whole story. I say with infor inverted comes on both sides of the u n partition line. And i really tried to kind of get down to like, wat is it about your food culture that makes you different to others in the region? Or maybe it doesn't?
