Pescatarians seem to do the best in terms of lifespan. They get around eight to 10 years as well. If DHA is so important, then what's better to have a little seafood or fish in your diet or to just take a supplement? I'm suggesting that at this point in my career, it's much more safer to take a supplement than to eat fish. It might have been the case 20, 30 years ago, but now we have so much runoff from farming and commercial farming.
