We see neuromuscular fatigue happen in a race. How do we prevent it in training? I have my athletes extend their sleep for two hours, usually in the weeks leading before the race. And by doing Montage training, you also do that. If you're able to basically, what you want to do is to finish the race with the highest possible level of fatigue, not the lowest possible level of fatigued 100%.
