Is There a Sweet Spot for E-Commerce Businesses?
Is there a sweet spot of size of business that you would recommend they buy? I look for businesses where the seller struggled with operational side of the business. That's kind of what I've looked at is, okay, operationally, this business was weak but other than that, everything else is there for me. The foundation is strong. So now I want to kind of, it's more of a test for myself, where can I take a business at any level and scale it with what I have learned? Or am I wrong about that?
