I would have assumed that you might train differently depending on whether you're in a calorie deficit or a calorie surplus, right? But maybe not. 99.9% of the differences in training boil down to your goal, not your sex. Generally speaking, women, especially right now, will often want to build bigger glutes. Men often are more focused on chest, shoulders, arms, bench press. So it's like, we'll often, we'll see different goals related to sex.
