Procurement - How Do I Celebrate the Win?
For me, when I celebrate these types of wins, I start to understand at what point of my process was successful. What part did I pivot from the last time that I tried to do this? How do I be even better this time around than I was the last time? You want to be able to think about it as a new cycle, a new company in your head but then know what you're up against and use that to your advantage. And so for me, this became very personal, because I had never lost to these competitors before.
