Is Information Technology the Answer to the Pandemic?

I'm not sure information technology is the answer to all these problems. Same challenges, different tools as human beings at the end of the day. You know, people want organizations need people to do the work. Workers need the work. They both need each other in that ecosystem. There's so many variables involved in how successful enough that can be. It's always going to be a constant battle,. depending on the circuits, the industry, the type of work.
