How to Position Feedback?
I fully agree with the motivations, and it's an important cultural value or feedback loop that we need to build. What i, i think i specifically have a problem with saying, employ yes. If some one has an idea, say, don't say thi sin. Just say yes. And so maybe there's rea work to do here. Maybe i'm over indexing, but o it comes across as an instruction. I i see wher ter sacis in te in the par raph itself. So maybe it's more of a description of the mine set. Yes, aposition how to position feedback is like thedan, remember that this person put effort into it.
