Start with a vision, or an identity that is enticing enough to keep drawing you forward. You tell someone about your plan, ask them when and how to hold you accountable. Create some kind of contract with them, and keep building those small habits as you go along that path. But if there anything else that you'd had as a sistherapist then trying to get the best elpion for persion would be my top tip.
