I think there's something about tempering chocolates that suggests for me, taking it to a specific heat. And when we temper ourselves, when we just hold ourselves back, we temper our reactions in order to not have a temper tantrum. So this is where I fall back on those earliest feelings of anger as information. We don't actually acknowledge the feeling of anger in the first place. Do you think anger ever doesn't have a root? That it's just formless and inexplicable and it just is? Or do you think there's always an explanation if you dig down deep enough? "There's always a stimulus and that stimulus could be something really minor"
