Climate Change and Food Choices
Climate change is affecting food availability already through extreme events. Heat waves, heavy downpours, droughts in some regions, and floods others. We will need to be more careful to make sure that we have food in our cupboards all the time. When covid broke out in early 20 20 i stalked up on canned food, you know, soups, beans like that,. And wed do that when there's a big storm coming too.
