Is Mobility Work Really Strengthening the Joints?

A lot of people get confused about when we talk about strengthening certain muscle groups is that what you just rightly described. With mobility work, you're not going to be holding it focusing on the muscle contraction, per say. So there's a little bit of a difference there. I do like to strengthen and stabilize throughout a joints range of motion.
