How to Assess for Self-Leg Parts
When we're working with our own system, let's say that I'm working with a part that's feeling really sad. And so two things happen with self-leg parts. One is, I'm not going to get any information about the sadness. The sadness isn't going to open up to me. If it makes sense from my head, that's self-like. Can it make sense from my heart that feels different in my body? There's more self energy there. It makes sense. Is it a different experience from my whole system? Yeah. So that's kind of how I assess for self- leg parts.
