Can you home brew apple cider? Is it harder or easier than brewing something like beer or mead? celia lebont says, one of my favorte things in the fall is to pick up some local, fresh pressed, unpastorized, local cider and forget about it in the back of my fridge until it gets fizzy. It always ends up tasting better than nything i can find in stores.

How ya like them apples?! Well, liquified. And fermented.
