The Importance of Simplifying the Pick Process
How do you get a new pick packer that comes on the onboard to actually be able to internalize five pages of all those details? You sit somebody down, you go through each thing. So let's just say pick the picker, right? The picker needs to be trained. Picking is generally not super complex. Our products are not barcoded. They do have locations within the warehouse that are generally pretty accurate. And most, but not all of our products have a part number on them.
