Cross sectional research has shown that we get by one to one and a half % per year. So that's ten to 15% every decade. We can take that to the bank and say, if you are a regular exerciser, that is probably going to be the result. The degree to that happens is probably influenced by genetic factors. And there are some people who just do not age. As much or as gantly as others do.
