When we lose my febrials due to the damage process, that removes the number of cross produce. That then reduces the potential for mechanical stimulus from that muscle fire. There's kind of so many physiological reasons to kind of say, you know, doing a workout that creates a lot more muscle damage. We don't really have any literature to tell us. Nobody out there on like Trin and Dekka and I don't think maybe ethically when you get around people who are not even made for it.
