At the longer distances, i'm not as willing to go and try to manipulate things to get enhanced fat metabolism. But certainly at the longer distance is a training takes care of most of how much maxim how much fat you can metabolize per minute. I'd rather chase fitness gains. And then maybe the most important thing is that, like, don't screw up.
