I found that certain parts of my body are almost always tense a little bit. So all I have to do is like think about my jaw. Is my jaw tight now? And 99 out of 100 times, the answer is yes. And then I relax my jaw. And a lot of times the rest of my body kind of let's go with that one simple gesture. If you really know what is your habitual spot of tension like your jaw or your shoulders. When you know that, that that's the first one to usually tense up and you just let that go, you're so right. It's like you pull a thread out and all the other muscles start to let go as well
