The Superior Model of Collaboration

Nicholas Cage: My model for society is a bunch of people collaborating together. He says if we're all kind and funny and helpful, our collaboration is going to increase through the grease. Cage: If you don't want to collaborate with everybody, you wants to collaborate with the best, smartest people who are equally as interested and invested in the thing that you're collaborating on. The more they collaborate, the higher the output, unless they collaborated, the worse the output is.
