The Importance of Centering
The idea of balance is actually to unite us to make us whole again. And then what I'm doing to the mind is scattered so you have this like chicken and egg thing where it's like which one is the first problem and we say don't worry about that do all three at once. Then then slowly you'll meet the barriers that prevent you know vitality circulation stuff like this. So they're synergistic that each three is actually just taking the whole and cutting it into three so we can focus on specific parts of it just so we don't have to do anything.
