I wanted to ask you about this process section of the book. I think that from a KM perspective, that might be an area where you can actually jump in and do something. So we've got some great items within that section. There's a supply chain mental model that's used to describe what are the different stages of collecting lessons learned. And it talks about how you can identify and capture knowledge but then make sure that it's flowing through the organization.
