Being aware of how you're spending your time is a important kind of first step in thinking about managing your time. You might feel that in the morning you have a lot of energy for physical activity, or maybe it's mental activity. I know for me, i have tried to be a morning runner for my whole life, and it's just not going to happen. Andd i won't stand for that level of self talk on the cast.
