I hope you understand I'm not trying to be antagonistic. I'm trying to clarify. Me very, very important issues. Our relationship with our body is our relationship to and in the world and to ourselves. If we're not in our body, then we're not really in this world. And that's really what disassociations all about. You can't heal your body. Exactly. In another world. Yeah. Meditation is often believed to do the healing, but meditation opens the door of awareness. But it's not actually doing the healing.
