How Much of a Healthy Diet Should Be Dairy?
As plant base milks and cheeses are heading grocery stores at the same time as full fat yogarts, i'm wondering how much of a healthy diet should contain dairy. We've published many papers now suggesting that people who eat more dairy fat actally have lower risk of diebety. So what i recommend now, i suggest that people should have yogerton cheese every day. And whether it's lo fat or whole fat, there's initial, early evidence that hol fat dairy might actually be better than low fat dairy, but that's not yet convincing.
