Time is the one truly non-renewable resource. For somebody like me, with so many competing priorities, that's something we really need to focus on. I've actually basically stopped using email now and have been a lifestyle improvement also. Do you use social media? Not as much as Chasten, my husband. But yeah, I'll thumb through Instagram and I'm always good for a dog video or something like that. The animal contents is the best. And yeah, Twitter can be bad for you. You need it in doses.
