Product Marketing or Product Management Should Own Pricing

Early stage founders almost always own pricing because they had to come up with something and there was no one else to do it. In larger, more established companies, i make an argument that either product marketing or product management could own pricing. I think finance is very helpful in terms of yo-yoing gross margin burn rate but both organizations aren't in close contact with customers from a deep insights perspective.
