Why It Doesn't Work for Me
When we don't have success with the candidate, whether through a search or our own is more often than not bad behavior rather than bad performance. It's usually some sort of hidden cultural thing that we wouldn't have been able to pick up on. I've placed female in positions for working for a guy who was a complete pig and he doesn't do that with me.
