A lot of try athletes think, o, i need upper body work for swimming. Give me a swim specific strength exercisewl. It depends what does your stroke look like. Are you rotating the bo body all the way round? Are you able to maintain that stiffness appropriately through your mid sections? Your ribs and hips are locked together, but you're not having get too stiff and fight yourself to produce that propulsion through the water. Overhead is a big one. As we pull and push, you know, push ups and pulling. Ause, a lot of people don't realise how important this can be in their sport.
