Is It Better to Train in a Faster State?
There's nothing that depletes glycogen from your muscles more effectively than exercising in a faste state. Theances are brilliant, because it does really target it to the individual. But i let say ore more like licaletic sports, a body building, strength training, a weight lifting, a cross bit, whatever it, it would be better for, like, just performangeformance side, to have om calories beforehand. When you're a hundred years old, then i think you're really going to want to pay a lot more closest attention to autopogy and the repair and regeneration of everything that goes on.
