How to Get Carbohydrates in for Race Day

Eating a tonal load of pasta can be really hard, because it's simply a lot of food. So one way to kind of get the carbohydrates in and be able to absorb and digest them is to have really simple carbohydrates such as sugars. And then you still can have like rice or pasta as like the main dishes of the day.
