The Importance of Consistency
I was just running a ton. The whole thing came down to consistency. I had no rhyme or reason I never went to a track. 90% of the running was on mountain trails in the Santa Monica mountains. My wife's always like, if money didn't matter, where would you live? I said Malibu or Pacific Palisades. It's just so cost prohibitive for four kids.
