The Importance of Plants in Your Diet
There is an awful lot of confusion, which is a problem. Cutting out food groups that provide so much in the form of bitmans, minerals, pito chemicals, fibre, et cetera, is really nothing else there. We have something like ten thousand or 15 thousand different plant source foods,. whereas we tend to recycle the same eight to ten animal foods. So really the variety of nutrients is coming from plants.
