Tate: I was just writing this so i had one central place to send other founders when they asked me how to talk to customers. A lot of the books are written for uso research people. Some of them are written for product managers. And so i wanted to make it very clear that this book did not that, you know, that developers and and technical writersand ad turns out, a whole host of other people toob but that this book was as much for them as it is forproduct managers.
