Brand Tactics - Is Story Telling the Only Way to Get Results?
The story cycle system, which was based on the hero's journey mapped to business, oiled down from t 12 to 17 steps to ten steps. It really holds in the customer journey in just three levels of story telling. The first time i hear about your brand, one of the stories i'm already telling myself about your industry, maybe about your competitors. You are truly their mentor or guide, walking arm in arm with them through this brand experience for the very first time. Great stories that have an active participant of the customer at the centre of that story, scale even faster. And that's what you're trying to do in any leadership role - it's a virtuous revolution.
