The Importance of Reputation in Recruitment
Most graduate recruitment is done in-house these days. Generally we get contracted to do the more experienced hires. We sit on a database of well over half a million people which is a lot more than our clients put together. I think most of the fact that I used to be a trader does set us apart massively from the competition.
